Complete CBD onboarding is not one certificate. Company structure, actual products, laboratory evidence, supply chain, website and payment operations need to form one consistent picture. A structured submission makes open points easier to assess.
This article structures payment and merchant-fit review. It is not an acceptance guarantee and does not replace individual legal advice.

Keep company records consistent
Registry extract, UBO structure, directors, contact and settlement account should be current and identify the same entity. Explain differing trading names or domains.
Add a short business description covering audience, markets, basket size, fulfilment, returns and support.
Build a product file, not a generic certificate folder
Map each relevant product to ingredients, CBD or THC information, manufacturer, supply chain and current laboratory records. Batch or product references improve traceability.
Review product pages, packaging and promotion together. Claims need to match submitted evidence and the destination market.
Use website and operations as evidence
Company details, privacy, terms, withdrawal, shipping, age controls and support should be complete and consistent. Test orders reveal gaps between description and actual checkout.
Document payment status, refund process, monitoring and the treatment of new products or markets.
Evidence package
Review at least these points before the next step:
- Current registry extract, UBOs, directors and bank account.
- Product list with ingredients, manufacturer and sales markets.
- Current product- or batch-specific laboratory reports.
- Licences, notifications or other regulatory evidence where applicable.
- Consistent legal pages, product copy, claims and age controls.
- Description of checkout, shipping, refunds, support and monitoring.
Transparency reduces review loops
Completeness does not guarantee acceptance. It does enable expert review without avoidable contradictions and creates a clear basis for conditions or technical testing.
