Co-Founder & CEO
Andreas leads payment strategy, merchant advisory and sales. As the founder of micropayment, he brings experience of building and operating a payment service provider. At FoxPay, he combines that background with a focus on demanding business models, from the first merchant enquiry through to finding the right payment partners.
Co-Founder & CTO
Cedric leads product, platform and engineering. As Co-Founder & CTO, he takes FoxPay from the first idea to live operation, connecting product design with AI-assisted development. He focuses on turning practical requirements into clear interfaces and working processes for merchants and partners.
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer
Alex is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships and international expansion. His entrepreneurial background spans trade and business management. At FoxPay, he connects merchant needs, the product and business development. Together with the team, he develops partnerships and assesses how new business opportunities fit the platform. He also considers new markets together with the team: Andreas contributes payment strategy, Cedric the product perspective and Harald legal expertise. Alex develops business opportunities from these perspectives and works with those involved to clarify the conditions for suitable partnerships.
Chief Legal Officer
Harald leads legal strategy and compliance at FoxPay. As founder of the international HPL network, he brings experience in legal, tax and business advisory. He supports the team on contract structures, regulatory questions and international development, working closely with product, strategy and business development.
