01Eligibility
The category does not decide the case—the evidence does.
Cannabis and CBD are not one uniform risk class. Product, licensing, market, promotion and payment flow are reviewed together.
Licensed products
Legal basis, product category and right to sell must match the destination market.
CBD & accessories
THC content, lab evidence, health claims and age restrictions are assessed per product.
B2B and B2C
Audience, order value, delivery regions and repeat-purchase model shape the payment setup.
Case review
An enquiry is not an approval guarantee. Missing or contradictory evidence pauses the review.
02Evidence
Documents that create clarity before integration.
Company
Registry extract, beneficial owners, directors and settlement bank account.
Products
Catalogue, supply chain, lab reports, ingredients and labelling.
Regulatory
Licences or notifications, markets, age checks and advertising claims.
Website
Legal pages, shipping, returns, support, product pages and checkout journey.
03Operations
Payment operations do not stop at checkout.
Status
Clear states for created, authorised, paid, failed and refunded payments.
Webhooks
Signed events and controlled retries for reliable order processes.
Reconciliation
References connect the payment, order and internal booking process.
Changes
New products, markets or claims are reviewed before rollout.
